Mac High Sierra 10.13 Download
Hullo all; I've searched for a total of virtually two hours to answer this with no luck. Perhaps someone here has an idea:
I accept Mac Pro (Mid 2010). I don't ordinarily edit much for my piece of work only I picked upwardly a pretty simple gig. I am more familiar with Final Cut than Premier but did not have that installed on this box so I dl'd it and alas, I demand to be at least on High Sierra 10.13.6. Currently I am on 10.12.6. I tin can observe HS 10.13.6 of course but HS 10.13.0 is a ghost. Can't get from x.12.6 to ten.13.6 without the magical unicorn ten.xiii.0. Suggestions? Secret spider web hideouts?
Conversely..I could look for an earlier version of Terminal Cut just haven't put time to that all the same simply at this stage, I'll exercise any comes quickest as time is becoming a factor.
I have an unsupported Nvidia board (TitanX) so I tin't leapfrog to Mojave as a solution either.
Thanks for whatsoever helpful suggestions.
Oh how prissy.. Once I posted, MR was then kind as to signal out I am newbie. haha.. well, to the site, yeah. But I've been in mail biz on macs since the early on 90's.. that should protect me from whatever flames, correct?
Thanks for the research amaze, simply aye.. every bit jbarley notes - I demand the initial upgrade ten.xiii.0. Which is auspiciously blanked on the entirety of the interwebs. The German site was a crafty idea, but information technology besides redirects to a dead end, alas.
Perchance someone has the downloaded installer sitting effectually on a deejay somewhere they could upload to moi? Or, know how to get a agree of FCP compatible with 10.12.ten? Or??
Thoughts?
Thank you for the research astonish, but yeah.. equally jbarley notes - I need the initial upgrade 10.13.0. Which is auspiciously blanked on the entirety of the interwebs. The High german site was a crafty idea, but information technology likewise redirects to a expressionless end, alas.
Perhaps someone has the downloaded installer sitting around on a disk somewhere they could upload to moi? Or, know how to get a hold of FCP compatible with x.12.x? Or??
Are you looking to do the initial install to x.13.0 and then update to 10.13.6 using High Sierra updaters or volition you stay on 10.13.0?
The electric current version of FCP needs at to the lowest degree 10.thirteen.half dozen, so aye.. that update is still available and I accept it dl'd. Just have to get to 10.13.0 get-go.
I don't understand why yous would go for ten.thirteen.0 rather than a bugfixed 10.13.6?
ps. It is all the same the full installer you download from App Store.. Not only an update..
x.13.6 requires ten.13.0 to be installed first; no matter how many times I punch "install" with the total force of my extended index finger with prejudice, because, Apple tree.
The electric current version of FCP needs at least x.13.6, so yes.. that update is still available and I have it dl'd. But have to go to 10.xiii.0 outset.
Here is a link that volition have you to the Usa Apple App Store where y'all can download the total 10.13.6 installer. You volition non demand to get from x.thirteen.0 to 10.13.6.

Edit: The full installer is an app that will exist downloaded from the App Shop It will be a "Install macOS High Sierra" app (around v.25 GB) in the Applications binder and it will automatically launch after it is downloaded. If y'all practise non desire to install then Quit the installer app when it offset launches. The installer app will automatically delete afterward it completes the install. It might exist a good thought to save the installer on another disk for later uses.

I'm not in front of that organization at the moment...prolly in about an hour I will be- but, in my foggy tardily night memory, I do believe I did stop up at that app store page to dl 10.13.6. When I ran the installer, information technology said I needed 10.13.0 to be installed commencement. I volition confirm here in a bit as to whether my mind is playing tricks on me or not. Thanks.
[doublepost=1542736178][/doublepost]..and truly, give thanks you. At least I feel in that location's some winnowing down and a feasible option to work with here. I'll update presently.
Ok..apparently, someone slipped something hallucinatory in my drink...musta been me since I'thou the merely 1 hither.
Just yes, apparently I had dl'd the 10.13.six updater and not the full install that chfr, DeltaMac and CoastalOR were linking me to. Dl'd that and now running 10.13.half-dozen & latestest/greatest FCP. The rift in the space-fourth dimension continuum has mended and the existential disaster has been avoided due to your heroic intergalactic tenacity for justice and the Appian Way. All silliness aside, Thank you gents, for staying with it and helping me out.
See yous at my next emergency..
Yous did read the Title, the function where the OP is looking for "High Sierra 10.13.0" (zero)
The links y'all supplied all lead to version ten.thirteen.6
Focus on solution. Not the obstacle.
If your problem is happily no longer 1, and so to put a "RESOLVED" before the title of your thread will make it clear to all the readers.
I share your satisfaction.
Ed
Thanks for the tip; washed.

doesn't always work to download. When it fails, here's why: If there'south a Loftier Sierra or Mojave installer somewhere on your Mac, the App Shop will find information technology and cancel the download. It can be anywhere — even an older version will crusade the download to fail.
The solution: Find that installer. If yous even so demand information technology, cipher (compress) it. Rename the zipped file to something similar Install macOS High Sierra 10.13.6.app.zip or Install macOS Mojave 10.14.4.app.zip. I always motion the zip file(south) out of my Applications folder to somewhere else merely that is probably not necessary.
Trash whatsoever original, uncompressed installers on your Mac. Now the link works correctly and the download will piece of work as advertised.

I had the aforementioned problem trying to download the full installation version of 10.thirteen.6 (as opposed tt the Upgrade version which requires 10.thirteen.0 to exist installed offset). Every download was cancelling out at about the thirty-twoscore% mark. I eventually got onto Apple tree Back up and they sorted it out for me. Seems each unsuccessful download was leaving a modest file in Applications which blocked the adjacent unsuccessful attempt. Got rid of all those files but still didn't work, so in that location was still something blocking the downloads that I couldn't find. So Apple Support recommended downloading in Safe Mode - which I did, and that worked. I'g now on x.thirteen.6 which is the final upgrade that I can do for the age of my iMac (2010).
